Apocalypse WOW!
Update: February 15, 2003
Don't worry--I didn't come up with that.
That little gem comes courtesy of Shari Miller of the St. Petersburg Times, who wrote us a glowing preview of the Lotus production yesterday:

We are also in today's Tampa Tribune:

We are very lucky to have such good press--let's just hope it leads to many more warm seats in the Blake theatre next week.
We had our first complete run-through of the show with staging yesterday, and it looks fantastic. The cast definitely exceeded our expectations, even if there are some stubborn troublespots in their execution of the music. We're down to counting our days until opening night on one hand, and I think everyone is feeling the pressure--and the excitement. I was prepared for yesterday to give us a nasty slap in the face, but instead I think we all left feeling very encouraged and very psyched for this Thursday--even with the huge hurdle of tech week looming before us.
I also left with some lovely valentines. Teenage girls are funny.
This will probably be my last hello before the show goes up, so say a little prayer to the Buddha for us.
